(1) General provisions

(1) Anchor support workers must master the tunnel section, support form, support technical parameters and quality standards specified in the operating procedures, be proficient in using work tools, and be able to perform inspection and maintenance.

(2) Before and during the support process, it is necessary to "knock on the support and ask questions" and remove dangerous rock hanging gangue in a timely manner.

(3) Empty-ceiling operations are strictly prohibited. Temporary supports must follow the working surface. The support form, specifications, quantity, and usage methods must be stipulated in the operating procedures.

(4) It is strictly prohibited to use support materials that do not meet regulations.

(5) The diameter, spacing, row spacing, depth, direction (angle of intersection with the rock surface), etc. of the anchor eyelets must comply with the operating procedures.

(6) When installing anchor rods, the pallet and steel belt must be close to the rock surface, and the non-contact parts must be wedged tightly and not loose.

(7) Anchor support tunnels must be equipped with anchor testing tools. After the anchors are installed, the pre-tightening force of each anchor should be tested. Unqualified anchors should be tightened immediately; the anchoring force of the anchors should be spot-checked. Qualified anchors must be re-bolted.

(8) When the working surface encounters faults or structures, special measures must be taken to strengthen support.

(9) Anchors should be installed as they are struck.

(10) The installation sequence of anchor rods should be from the top to both sides. The upper part of the two sets of anchor rods should be installed first and then the lower part. When laying and connecting metal mesh, the laying sequence, overlap and connection length must comply with the operating procedures. The mesh must be tensioned when laying the mesh.

(11) Anchor rods must undergo tensile tests in accordance with regulations.

(12) For support construction in large-section tunnels or up and down hills with large inclinations, there should be a workbench.

(2) Operation preparation

(1) Prepare supporting materials such as anchor rods, nets, steel belts and construction machinery.

(2) Check the wind, water and electricity required for construction.

(3) Check whether supporting materials such as anchor rods and anchoring agents are qualified.

(4) Check the temporary support.

(5) Check the specifications and quality of the rough tunnel section according to the middle and waist lines, and deal with the unqualified parts.

(3) Operation sequence

(1) "Knock on the gang and ask for help" to deal with the gangue hanging in dangerous rocks.

(2) Provide temporary support.

(3) Drill anchor holes.

(4) Install anchor rods, nets, and steel belts.

(5) Check and rectify the quality of support and clean up the construction site.

(4) Normal operation

(1) "Knock on the gang and ask for help" to deal with the gangue hanging in dangerous rocks.

(2) Provide temporary support in a timely manner in accordance with operating procedures;

(3) Drilling the anchor hole: ① Knock on the top and check the surrounding rock and temporary support of the working surface; ② Determine the eye position and make a mark; ③ Mark the eye depth on the drill rod; ④ Use a coal electric drill Drill holes with a pneumatic drill or anchor drill; ⑤ When drilling anchor holes, drill holes from the outside to the inside. Drill the top holes first and then drill the side holes for the same row of anchors.

(4) Installation of anchor rods (nets, steel strips): ① Clean the coal and rock powder in the anchor rod holes; ② Check the drilling quality, unqualified drilling holes must be processed or drilled; ③ Follow the regular operating procedures of the anchor rods used Install the anchor in time, gently feed the anchoring agent roll into the fundus, use the anchor to hold the roll, and stir. The stirring time should comply with the regulations and stop the rotation of the anchor. After the anchoring agent solidifies, put on the tray and tighten the nut. .

(5) Finishing work

After the support is completed, check the pre-tightening force of all anchor rods and tighten them in time if they are unqualified.
